We have now finished constructing a BBQ and picnic table in Anzac Park. We celebrated our 10th Anniversary at this years Changeover on the 16th June. It was a great night out. We were lucky to have 4 current Charter Members and 4 ex Lions who were Charter Members attend, including our Charter President Steve Pepperell, together with PDG Warren White who was the installing District Governor and our Guiding Lion John Morris. Catering, Loo cleaning roster with the Tamworth Regional Council, Maintainance of Moonbi Cemetary, Handrails on the lookout, Red Shield Appeal, Used stamps and recycle alluminium cans. We now can use used corks for a project in Nigeria where a village employes its people to crush used corks and turn them into place mats for sale. Lions Mints, Christmas Cakes, Youth of the Year. Each year we conduct the Anzac Day Celebrations in the local Anzac Park with a march down Denman Ave in Kootingal.
